How does the animal bone crusher work?
First, we need to put the bones into the feeding spout. Then the bones pass through the primary crushing system of the crusher for initial crushing. The primary crushing system consists of several powerful blades. The blades rotate at high speeds to break large pieces of bone into smaller pieces.
At this point, the bones are crushed into particles with a size of 10mm. Then the 10mm bone particles will descend to the fine crushing system. In the end, we get 2-4 mm bone particles.
Bone particles that meet the size requirement will be discharged from the discharge port. Larger particles that do not meet the size requirement will be returned to the fine crushing system to be crushed again until the required particle size is reached.
