A Commercial Meat Dicer is an essential stainless‑steel cutting machine for meat factories, central kitchens and catering businesses.

It cuts materials into uniform cubes, strips and granules, lowering labor costs with production capacity up to 1200 kg/h. Understanding its applicable meat types helps operators maximize machine performance.

Fresh Boneless Meat

Fresh boneless meat is the primary processing material for a Commercial Meat Dicer. Pork, beef, lamb, boneless chicken and duck can obtain clean‑cut dicing results without hurting blades.

The diced meat is widely applied in stews, dumpling fillings, bento and salad ingredients. Note that hard bones must be removed beforehand, since bone chips will nick precision cutting blades.

Tempered Frozen Meat

Direct frozen‑meat dicing is one core strength of the Commercial Meat Dicer. It processes meat tempered at ‑3℃ to ‑6℃ without full thawing. Frozen pork, beef and poultry blocks can be directly fed into the hopper.

This method locks meat moisture, restrains bacterial growth and keeps good meat texture. Meat frozen below ‑12℃ is not recommended, as it will over‑stress the cutter system.

Cooked and Cured Meat

This machine also fits cooked and cured meat processing. Luncheon meat, ham and braised meat can be precisely diced for pizza toppings, sandwich fillings and deli products.

Adjust blade sets to avoid mashing tender cooked meat. Apart from meat, it can dice vegetables and fruits to realize multi‑purpose production.

Key Processing Limitations

Even with great versatility, the Commercial Meat Dicer has clear limits. Never feed meat mixed with bones, stones or metal impurities. Over‑soft mushy meat will be squeezed instead of getting neat cuts.

Featuring food‑grade stainless‑steel structure, safety‑door protection and adjustable cutting sizes (3‑40 mm), the machine requires regular cleaning, sanitizing and lubrication for longer service life. In brief, it works best with boneless fresh meat, properly tempered frozen meat and cooked processed meats.
